CRIMINAL LIABILITY OF LEGAL PERSONS –CONDITIONS AND LIMITS
Main Article Content
Abstract
There are large social changes in the last few decades that affected some very old legal principles. One of them is the principle Societas delinquere non potest. That process was caused by the tendency of growing power of companies and appearance of new corporation forms.
